"Just finished putting new Vicious Fishing mono line of my ice fishing reel. Went to my favorite spot, drilled my 7" holes, put on my jig and added a emerald shiner and dropped in the hole. I lost a trout and re-baited and tried again. This time I hooked onto a monster trout/one of two. First was a 4.5 lb/20" long, second was a 4.0 lb/19". Going thru the ice ring and all your LINE held up like a pro, allowing me to land two huge 'bow trout. Just love that 8lb flor-carb line. It worked for me and it will for you too. Way to go guys. "Dear Vicious Fishing, On a recent trip to Lake Norfork in Arkansas I had the good fortune to try your line. I have used nothing but P-line in the co polymer and fluorocarbon for a number of years. The spool on my drop shot rig had developed a small burr that abraded the line every 8 or 9 inches and was starting to break along those abrasions, so next trip to town I picked up one spool of 8 # and one spool of 10# ultimate in lo-vis green and I will tell you without a doubt this is one of the best lines I have ever used. Just as sensitive as fluorocarbon, extremely tough,and great knot strength. This line has made such an impression that I will be supplying the high school fishing team I coach with this line. "I had dinner with family In April. One of the family members asked me what I use for fishing line. I told him I use Vicious. He thought it sounded GREAT and wanted to try it. I turned him on to the site he ordered line and went fishing. WOW! What a fishing story he came home with. This is his letter; Steve & Marie, Back from the great white north (literally). We had all kinds of weather (rain, snow, sleet, wind & sun). Woke up Tuesday morning to 2 inches of snow. Wednesday it was 70 degrees. Had a great time, ate plenty of food and caught plenty of fish. Brought home our limit on walleye and got searched at the border to make sure we were legal on fish count & size. What a pain that was. The fishing line was a complete success !! Our group has been going to Dog Lake (Missanabie, Ontario) since 1985. This was the 20th trip made (my 9th year) and I broke three long standing records this year !! Thanks for the recommendation !!! My first fish caught of the week on Saturday morning was a 25 ½ pound Lake Trout (38 inches long) !!! The previous record for our group was 15 pounds. I believe the owner of our camp is going to put a picture of it on his website. Monday night ( ~ 9:30), I caught a record breaking 9 & 5/8 pounds Walleye !!!. The previous record for the group was 7 & 5/8 pounds. We have a contest called the “Slam” where the total combined weight of your largest Lake Trout, Northern Pike and Walleye is the ultimate winner. I won last year with a combined weight of 16 ½ pounds. The all time record was 23 pounds. I won again this year with a whopping 41 & 3/8 pounds !!! I also caught a 6 ¼ pound Northern Pike and a 4 pound Smallmouth. They gave me a load of crap all week long telling me they were going to leave me at the border, this is my last trip, etc… (HA HA). I brought back both the Lake Trout & Walleye to be mounted. I couldn’t NOT get them mounted as they are probably “lifetime” catches. It will be expensive but I just felt I had to bring them home. Unbelievable trip…. Once I get my pictures, I‘ll scan & e-mail you some photos. Sometime this summer we’ll have to hookup some weekend and do some “vicious” fishing ! (HA HA). "I just won a box full of vicious line from BassFan. I spooled my revo s up with the 15lb fluorocargbon and tied on a 1/4oz spot remover jig with a netbait paca craw. The line was great. I felt every bump, tick, and piece of grass that my jig touched. I ended up catching 5 good largemouths. I love this stuff. Next weekend I will be trying my new line on some smallies.
